Principals

Constance Loving has been in the IT industry for over thirty years. Before establishing Loving Works, she worked at IBM, eventually joining IBM's original Cleanroom Software Engineering Methodology team directed by Dr. Harlan G. Mills. The group is famous for developing a software engineering methodology that enables determination of "mean time to failure." Ms. Loving has also contributed to university textbooks in programming and information systems design and has taught Lotus Domino/Notes System Administration and Application Development courses. cloving@LWINET.com

Todd Simonson is LWINET's "GUI guy." He has a keen awareness of client needs and is able to present technical concepts in layman's terminology. In addition to being a user interface expert, Todd also has expertise testing accessibility characteristics of software applications and working with law firms to identify forensic evidence in Lotus Notes databases. Prior to becoming an application developer, Todd enjoyed success as a corporate accountant and a certified gemologist. tsimonson@LWINET.com
